Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TapNow Card purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free return policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tapnowcard.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
